In this webinar, telework was framed in the legal regime and the distinction between telework and work at home. David Carvalho Martins of DCM Lawyers presented more than 30 questions and their answers on the legal issues related to teleworking, the privacy of employees and the resulting labor risks. In this pandemic phase, due to confinement, the impacts and reflexes of Covid-19 on telework were addressed and a reflection was made on the future of telework, namely regarding the obligation and the right to disconnect.
